Free Invoice Generator

Invoice Generator creates invoices, quotes and receipts as PDF files, with line items, per-line tax rates, discounts and 11 currencies. Amounts are computed in whole cents and tax is rounded once per rate, so totals in two-decimal currencies add up exactly. It produces a PDF, not a structured e-invoice such as FatturaPA or XRechnung.

Quick answers

Is my data uploaded?

No. The invoice is built entirely in your browser and the PDF is generated on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Is the tax math exact?

Yes. All amounts are computed in whole cents and tax is rounded per rate, so the lines always add up to the total with no rounding drift.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use different tax rates per line?

Yes. Each item has its own rate, and the PDF groups the tax by rate. Use 0% for exempt or reverse-charge items.

Does it make a legal e-invoice (FatturaPA, XRechnung)?

Not yet. It produces a clean PDF. Structured e-invoice XML is planned. Check your country's rules for what counts as a valid invoice.
