Free CSV to PDF

CSV to PDF turns CSV and TSV files, or cells pasted from a spreadsheet, into a PDF table with the header repeated on every page. Set the page size, orientation, font size, stripes and a title; Auto orientation uses landscape above six columns. If accents look wrong, switch the encoding between UTF-8, Windows-1252 and UTF-16.

Quick answers

Is the header repeated on every page?

Yes, when “First row is the header” and “Repeat the header on every page” are on.

My accents look wrong. What can I do?

Change the encoding next to the file name: files saved by Excel are often Windows-1252 instead of UTF-8.

Frequently asked questions

The table has many columns. Will it fit?

With Auto orientation, tables with more than 6 columns use landscape pages. You can also lower the font size, use A3, or turn on “Split wide tables across pages”.

Is my data uploaded?

No. The file is parsed and the PDF is created inside your browser.
